A tile that displays Outlook meetings in your LiveTiles page.

The Meetings Tile.

How to Use

When you first log onto a LiveTiles Design page, you will be prompted to link the tiles to your account. When you click on the prompt, a modal window appears, which will load up and prompt you to register the app. Once you have registered the app, you will be able to view your meetings, as well as click on them to open up a side panel to expand the meeting information. This includes the time, place as well as participants. In addition, you will be able to click on another member of the meeting, which will show you the common meetings and previous emails between that person and yourself.

The Meetings Panel

You will also be able to click on the icon of another person in the meeting to get more information about that individual, including email, phone number, your recent emails and upcoming meetings with that particular user. In addition, you will be able to send an email, start a Skype for Business chat or set up another meeting with the person you are viewing on this panel.

Note: When signing into this tile for the first time, you may be prompted to allow for access for LiveTiles production. This will ask you for various permissions. Due to how the API for authentication works, in that the same API is used for Email, Meetings and Power BI, it will need to be approved. Once this has been approved, you will have granted access across all browsers. In addition, this tile currently will not work if two factor authentication is enabled in your SharePoint tenant.
