Description
Displays a Document Library (SharePoint list) on your LiveTiles page.
Settings
Tile
Width – Adjusts the width of the tile, in pixels.
Height – Adjusts the height of the tile, in pixels.
Background Color – Changes the background color of the tile using the color picker.
Padding – Adjusts the padding (the gap between the text and the edge of the tile) to the left, right, top or bottom of the tile, in pixels.
Hide Upload Icon - Hides the upload Icon is selected.
Text
Text – Changes the title of the tile.
Title Style – Sets a style for the document either Solid or Stripe.
Title Background Color – Changes the background color of Title. (Note: This is only available is Stripe is selected under title style).
Override Page Font - This allows you to override the font family that has been selected if the checkbox is checked.
Font Family – Changes the font family of the items text. Selectable via a dropdown list. (Note: This is only available if Override Page Font has been selected).
Font Size – Changes the size (in pixels) of the items text.
Font Color – Changes the color of the text items. Selectable via the color picker.
Font Style – Changes the style of the text items. Either Italic and/or Underlined.
Font Weight – Changes the weight of the text items. Selectable via dropdown list.
Documents
Document Library Path - Sets the document library where the documents are retrieved from.
Item Count – Sets the number of items to be displayed in the tile.
Display Type – Sets how to display the items either Bullet or Icon. Selectable via dropdown list.
Use File Specific Icon – Sets the Bullet display type to use a file-specific icon for each document.
List View – If you have a custom view in SharePoint you can select it from a drop-down box.
Filter Column Name – Allows you to filter via a column type.
Filter Operation – Allows you to choose whether it shows or does not show based on the statement.
Filter Statement - Allows you to use a logic statement to filter the documents.
Links
Clickable Title – Sets whether the title can be clicked to open the document library.
Use LiveTiles Page - Sets whether you would like to use the LiveTiles Documents List page instead of the generic SharePoint Page.
List Page Colors - Allows you to determine the colours of the LiveTiles List page in order to line up with branding colors. Note: This option is only available if you have selected the Use LiveTiles Page option.
Title Link Target – Changes where the Title links open, either Modal Dialog, New Window, In Place or Slide.
Modal Width – Sets the width of the Modal Dialog. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Modal Height – Sets the height of the Modal Dialog. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Modal Style – Sets the border style of the Modal Dialog either Frameless, Framed or SharePoint. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Slide Position – Sets where the slide opens from, either Left or Right. Only visible when Slide is selected.
Slide Width – Sets the width of the slide. Only visible when Slide is selected.
List Item Target – Changes where each document links open, either Modal Dialog, New Window, In Place or Slide.
Modal Width – Sets the width of the Modal Dialog. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Modal Height – Sets the height of the Modal Dialog. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Modal Style – Sets the border style of the Modal Dialog either Frameless, Framed or SharePoint. Only visible when Modal Dialog is selected.
Slide Position – Sets where the slide opens from, either Left or Right. Only visible when Slide is selected.
Slide Width – Sets the width of the slide. Only visible when Slide is selected.
Layout
Layer – Changes the depth of the tiles within the page. Selectable via dropdown either Foreground, Background or Custom.
Reorder Within Layer - Changes the depth of the tiles within the layer. Selectable via dropdown either ‘No Change’, ‘Bring to Front’ or ‘Send to Back’.
Advanced
Tile Visibility – Changes which groups can or cannot view the tile. Selectable via dropdown either Everyone, ‘Only for’ or ‘For everyone except’. When ‘Only for’ or ‘For everyone except’ is selected, a dropdown menu will appear where you can assign groups to the category that was selected.
Lock Tile for Non-owners – Toggles whether only tile can be only modified by an owner.
Unique class Name: Allows the user to put in a unique identifier class on the tile.
Custom CSS Classes: This section allows you to add multiple Custom CSS classes to the product, allowing you to be able to add custom CSS classes to the tile.
